Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Keep Your Spirit Alive®. We take care when preparing and packaging every order and aim to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order.

We aim for orders to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days. During particularly busy periods or where an item is being prepared to order, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Delivery Partners

Orders may be sent using Royal Mail, Evri or another suitable UK delivery service, depending on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

Where tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

We take particular care when packaging fragile items such as mugs, coasters and gift sets to help ensure they reach you safely.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us at info@keepyourspiritalive.com and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@keepyourspiritalive.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@keepyourspiritalive.com, preferably including photographs of the item and packaging, so we can help put things right.

International Delivery

At launch, our online store is focused on UK delivery. We hope to introduce wider international delivery in the future.
