We hope you love your Keep Your Spirit Alive® purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

For eligible items purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it. Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with any tags and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@keepyourspiritalive.com before sending your item back. We will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@keepyourspiritalive.com, preferably with photographs of the item and packaging, so that we can put things right.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Unless faulty, personalised or custom-made items that have been created specifically for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or size, please contact us. Where appropriate, the simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
